Service Request Form
Control Equipment Pty Ltd offers technical service and support for all instrumentation we promote. We pride ourselves on the technical ability of our service engineers, who are recruited from highly experienced instrumentation backgrounds. Our service engineers are able to service and calibrate all makes and models and provide all customers with service that is second to none. Our fleet of fully equipped service vehicles means that we can provide on-site breakdown service, repair, calibration and commissioning facilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In-house Servicing of Portable Instruments
- We service & calibrate all makes & models
- Factory trained service engineers
- Fully equipped state-of-the-art calibration and service laboratory
- Certificates of calibration can be issued for quality assurance purposes
- Typical turnaround time is 2-3 days
- We use NATA Traceable Calibration Gas
Ongoing Service
- Instrument and service details are managed in our database by our internal service coordinator
- Reminder sent 4 – 6 weeks prior to the due date of calibration
- Ongoing support throughout the life of the instrument
